Roots Digit - Terms of Payment

Welcome to Roots Digit ("we," "our," or "us").
These Terms of Payment ("Terms") govern all payments made for our software solutions,
AI services, automation solutions, digital services, and related offerings (the "Services").
By making any payment to us, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Payment Methods

We accept multiple payment methods, including but not limited to credit/debit cards,
UPI, bank transfers, and approved online payment gateways.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current payment information.
2. Billing and Invoicing

2.1 Pricing: Prices for Services are communicated via our website,
proposals, quotations, or written agreements. Prices may change with prior notice.

2.2 Invoicing: Invoices are issued electronically unless otherwise agreed.
You are responsible for verifying invoice accuracy and notifying us of discrepancies
within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Subscription & Project Payments

3.1 Recurring Payments: Subscription-based services are billed at defined intervals
until canceled in accordance with the agreed terms.

3.2 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

3.3 Project & Milestone Payments: For custom development or AI projects,
payments may be required upfront, per milestone, or as defined in the agreement.
4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 Refunds: Refunds are governed strictly by our
Refund Policy.

4.2 Cancellations: You may cancel services by contacting support.
Cancellation does not guarantee a refund for completed or in-progress work.
5. Late or Failed Payments

5.1 Late Fees: We reserve the right to suspend Services or apply late fees
if payments are delayed or fail.

5.2 Recovery: Continued non-payment may result in legal recovery actions.
Any recovery costs shall be borne by the client.
6. Taxes

All applicable taxes, including GST or other government charges,
are the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise.
7. Modifications

Roots Digit reserves the right to modify these Terms of Payment at any time.
Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
